A-76 Commercial Activities

Description: The two-day A-76 workshop provides Acquisition Professionals with in-depth information on OMB circular A-76 Commercial Activities Program in relation to current studies across Federal Agencies. The course moves briskly through creation of a source selection plan; continues with development of the Performance Work Statement and Quality Plan; and finishes with ‘output’ Source Selection. An Epilogue presentation carries participants through the last mile of the A-76 process — Cost Comparison, Administrative Appeal, Protest and Final Decision.
