Modernization Through Spares II

Description: A three-day workshop on practical techniques to implement Department of the Army MTS guidance. Incorporates lessons learned from actual programs applying Modernization Through Spares concepts. Examines the complete MTS spectrum from components through higher level assemblies to end items. Addresses both legacy and new development systems and includes innovative maintenance concepts for end items. The workshop provides hands-on experience as participants develop alternatives for modernizing a realistic instructional system. A variety of cost, maintenance, performance data, market research, and decision-assisting templates are presented which are ideal for use in participants' actual background.
